This is a huge, beautiful beach in South Carolina near Charleston. The prominent structure is this iconic pier. It was a cloudless sunrise. Yet the reflections on the wet sand were awesome. It was a cold morning for South Carolina and I spent about as much time as I could before my fingers became quite numb. I was quite happy to be here as I had scouted this place out virtually, on-line before my trip. It wasn’t clear what the conditions would be. All I really knew is that it would be cold. But I made here on time for sunrise and I got many shots that I was happy with.
