I can’t even tell you how many photos I might have of this little boat. The reason – it was moored just off the dock at the place we stayed in Maine last month (was it last month already?) Every time I walked down to the water, this little boat beckoned my camera. This one was taken not too long after sunset and about as calm as I saw this little cove ever get.
I feel very fortunate to have been able to spend a short time in such a beautiful place. This dock was at the house we stayed at and sat at the entrance to a small cove, Orr’s Cove. The best seat in the house wasn’t even in the house. It was right here. Wishing right now I could come home from work and sit on the dock overlooking the bay and watch the boats float back and forth again.
